CABEM designed, built, and installed a locally stored application that uses an XML web service to access Human Resource information that is important to the employee’s performance. Once properly authenticated, the HR integration application pinpoints the desired data based on various employee parameters, then the data is automatically retrieved and loaded locally to the HR administrators’ legacy Human Resource application. Additionally, this web service identifies future dates to help track and ensure employees are consistently trained and certified.
